This evening workshop on Lifestyle Balance is pitched as a training opportunity for anyone who works with people.

It’s a fun, though-provoking evening where we look at how contemporary life can bend us all out of shape. Invitations to excessive indulgence, coupled with the stress of reaching unrealistic goals and achievements in life, can lead to a range of lifestyle problems. We look at all age categories, and review the range of lifestyle issues that can emerge.

Practical strategies for change are presented, and clients often report dramatic changes as a result of the personal insights that they gain.

The workshop is based on the book When Happiness is not Enough-Balancing Pleasure and Achievement in your Life. All workshop participants receive a complimentary copy of the book as part of the registration fee.

The workshop is applicable to anyone who works with people, such as nurse therapists, counsellors, psychologists, social workers and life coaches. A range of others in consulting roles, such as dieticians and accountants, have also attended previous workshops and speak highly of the learning outcomes. Many come along simply with a personal interest in lifestyle balance.
