For one night only on the 6th of September, Chef Andrew Brown will be joining St Georges Team for an exclusive evening of Flair and Flavour. The evening consists of a 6 Course Degustation Menu designed by Andrew Brown and Francky Godinho. Both chefs are teaming up to create a menu that brings the finest flavours alive and tantalise your taste buds, matched with some of the finest Canterbury and Hawkes Bay wines the regions have to offer. Finishing off with the piece de resistance a spin on the Masterchef dish ’not so lemon meringue pie’.

A maverick of culinary art, Chef Andrew Brown have appeared on Masterchef New Zealand as guest judge and currently heads The George Hotel Christchurch as Executive Chef.
