The newly refurbished Harbourside Ocean Bar and Grill restaurant invites diners and champagne enthusiasts to enjoy world-class harbour views while sipping on the world’s first champagne specially created to be served over ice. From 17 November to December 15, Harbourside launches Moët Ice Imperial Sunday sessions with DJ Vincent Hanna performing every Sunday.

Breaking all traditional champagne norms, Moët Ice Imperial combines the powerful fruit flavors of tropical fruits like mango and guava, the generosity of stone fruits such as nectarine and an original note of raspberry and gooseberry.

Served over ice in large cabernet-style glasses that enhance the crisp, freshness experience, Moët Ice Impérial can be personalised according to taste preferences with garnishes including lychees, berries, mint leaves and lime.

Diners can also capture their Moët moments at each Summer Sunday Session, by using the Moët Ice Imperial app and uploading their photo on Instagram with #moeticeimperialnz. The Moët Ice Imperial app is available to download for free on the app store.
