This workshop is dedicated to 'charcuterie' the culinary area devoted to prepared meat products such as sausages and salamis.

During this session Ian Hornblow will demonstrate how to make your own small-goods at home and how to get the best out of your kitchen equipment.

Ian will prepare and fill some pure pork sausages using a domestic Kenwood and show you how your food processor is all you need to make salami at home.
