This 1-hour, six-class beginners course is for you! Running once a week for six weeks on Thursday evenings, the course commences Thursday 7 March 2013.

With an experienced tutor guiding you every step of the way, and no more then 5 people in each class, this step by step guide to the fundamental movements and principles of the Pilates technique sets you on the right track to achieving your goals. It provides the foundation to join our regular Group Classes, or to continue with Private Sessions if preferred.

Classes develop body awareness, strength, flexibility and balance, supporting good postural habits. Classes will improve your endurance, agility and economy of motion. In time you can expect to move more comfortably and efficiently in all your daily and sporting activities, while looking great!

Please note, beginners' courses may not appropriate if you are injured, or have chronic pain. If you are experiencing this, please call for advice on the best program for you.
