This 6-week course is tailored to Mums returning to exercise after having baby.

Pilates is a fabulous way to regain ones shape after giving birth and to support mums in the new demands of breastfeeding and looking after baby. It gently and efficiently helps mums get back their form, tone and strength.

Exercises concentrate on deep pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, as well as regaining leg strength, and releasing shoulder girdle tension often associated with feeding and carrying.

1 hour course sessions are run weekly on Monday mornings at 9.45am, starting on Monday 18 March 2013.

Numbers are limited to 8 attendees per course so do book in soon.

Babies are welcome to the classes until they start crawling.

The exercises are for Mums!

Please note we recommend getting approval from your Doctor before commencing any exercise programme after giving birth, and that it is 12 weeks or more since your delivery upon commencing the course.
