Learn to be in charge of how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally. This course and the meditative techniques taught are simple to learn and easy to incorporate into your life, giving you everything you need to practise at home or work. Bringing inner peace and improved health on all levels.

This course takes 1-2 hours to learn and a few minutes to practise each day. It includes handouts and a beautiful course book by Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharma. Includes ongoing support and Pure Meditation evenings available around Auckland.

The course is taught in a small group at our beautiful premises and gardens between New Lynn and Titirangi, less than 20 minutes drive from the City, on Saturdays and Wednesday evenings, other times are available by appointment.

Individual appointments are also available.

A great tool to enhance focus, creativity and work-life balance, it can also be taught in the workplace.
