All are welcome to come to this free talk which will be given by Mananda Carrigan, a teacher with well over a decade's experience of teaching the art and science of Pure Meditation.

Pure Meditation includes Raja and Kriya Yoga, an ancient practise brought into this day and age by Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharma, giving all the tools needed to 'sail through your life'.
