Athletes today are bigger, faster, and stronger than ever. It’s not enough just to practice your sport anymore. Every athlete needs a dedicated strength and conditioning program focused on making them more powerful.

Be Unstoppable Training is designed as a program to do just that. When combined with your sport specific practice, Be Unstoppable Training will give you the ability to train harder so that you can play at a higher level.

This is a training program designed for athletes of different sports and levels. Previous participants were from different sports background, such as rugby, hockey, basketball, netball, soccer and more.

The training goals:
The main goal for this program is to teach the correct techniques for speed and agility.

You will learn how to link different movements when practicing your sport, such as forward to backward, backward to forward and sideways. Another goal is to learn the correct body position, to prevent injuries and also be able to do the following:

Stopping and starting;
- Starting quickness - first steps
- Body posture
- Foot interaction with the ground
- Acceleration and deceleration
- Cutting
- Spin moves
- Reactivity
- Crossover ability
- Drop Stepping
- Backpedaling

Cost: $100 per person for 5 sessions - bookings essential and spaces are limited
