This is an invite for you to come and trial your fitness level, regardless of what you have done in the past, you are not verified as fit until we pass you!
This is not a bootcamp, sessions limited to 6 Spartans only! Coaches will teach you and motivate you every minute of the session!
Session times:
- Mondays - 18:00/ 19:00
- Tuesdays - 06:30
- Wednesdays - 18:00
- Thursdays - 06:30
- Fridays - 18:00
- Saturdays - 11:00
- Sundays - 18:30 at AKL domain
- Sessions on every day so no excuses! Option to train twice/week or three times/week or more!
The workouts will be scaled to your level, and the positive energy you experience will help you keep your intensity in that progress zone.
Each session will include a warm up, instructional workout and finish with stretching. Every workout you do will be different from the last and all of them will keep you wanting more. Locations change from day to day so you never get bored with the same setting. (North Shore based).

Session fee is a once off casual, training twice per week is recommended, deals can be sorted out for the suitable candidates.

Warning: This is not your usual generic running amok bootcamps, our regimens are carefully designed and varied. You'll be required to use a multitude of exercise equipment and toughen up! But the results are well worth it!
