'The Caretaker' by Harold Pinter, has been described as a psychological study of the confluence of power, allegiance, innocence and corruption between two siblings (Mick and Aston) and a homeless man (Davies). Comedy and tragedy are interwoven throughout the play, which is set in a shabby room in a run down house owned by Mick.

'The Caretaker' was Pinter's first major commercial success as a playwright, and remains one of his most popular and often performed plays.

The Torbay Theatre cast includes several familiar faces to Torbay audiences Mark Jensen, Sue Fisher and Perry De Mille.

Torbay Theatre present Harold Pinter's 'The Caretaker', directed by Mark Jensen, at the Gate Theatre, Torbay Community Hall form the 1st - 10th August.
