In Laughter Yoga we laugh for 40+min a session. Gosh, is that possible? Yes it is, everyone can laugh, as long as you are willing to laugh: We've seen loud laughter, shy laughter, all sorts and we are still discovering more.

Why laughing so much? because it is an awesome exercise that brings lots of Benefits:

- As any exercise you'll burn lots of calories and sweat (ooofff). Soon you'll feel your abs and many other muscles than you didn't know you had! You will feel all the benefits from any normal exercise.
- Your brain will release lots of relaxing endorphins (good-feeling chemicals) that will counteract the adrenaline and stress hormones that we accumulate in our daily life. This will tend to lower down your blood pressure, will help your immune system, and will give back all the energy to your vital organs that stress deprives them from.

- You will have an awesome time playing like naughty children with all us, probably laughing is one of the best friends-making activity you can find.

OK so you laugh 40+ min yep yep, how?

We follow a session like in the gym, hehe, but less seriously...and we don't feel sore afterwards... we begin breaking the ice by warming up and greeting each other in funny ways... then when we laugh with lots of other exercises, some of them make fun of everyday things in your life (even those more annoying like car jams/paying the bills...), or an exercise about having a party, we do lots of breathing as well (oxygen is a great gas), and we finish off with a guided relaxation (if you fall asleep, don't snore please)
