These classes held at our beautiful premises and gardens in Pleasant Road, on the border of Glen Eden and Titirangi. They include gentle, yet powerful in-depth transformation hatha yoga exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditative relaxation techniques. Suitable for beginners to advanced.
These classes can help you to develop strength and flexibility, improve posture, manage stress, recover from injury and also to help you develop greater self awareness and mindfulness. Transformation Hatha Yoga can help with working towards self mastery, to coming home to yourself and to realizing your true potential.
Classes are kept small to accommodate the needs of all students.
