Wellington Foodies Kid's - Pasta From Scratch

We'll be making tagliatelle with a scrumptious tomato sauce and pumpkin and ricotta tortellini with basil pesto totally from scratch. First we'll roll and cut our dough using pasta machines before folding the tortellini, then we'll chop some veggies for the tomato sauce and blitz the pesto in the blender. The children will have a bit of a break while we cook lunch and plant three little pots of the herbs used in the recipe to take home with them. We'll all sit down for lunch before finishing with a delicious Italian lemon, ricotta, pine nut cake.

We believe it's important to use the best possible ingredients and never compromise on quality. We only use 100% fresh produce, freedom farmed or organic where possible and are firmly against processed food, additives and un-natural colourings.

Your child will be given an easy to follow recipe sheet so they can cook up a storm at home.
