If you are 60 or over and are looking for excellent Yoga classes suited to this age group in the Hibiscus Coast area, taught by knowledgeable teachers then this is the class for you.

This class is structured for people over 60 who may need a more gentle class designed for those with mobility or other physical issues such as joint replacements, balance, high blood pressure, heart problems or arthritis. It incorporates gentle Yoga postures and stretches, breathing and meditation to help improve all round health, balance and well being.
