NZAGE is delighted to announce that registrations for our 2014 Summit, focusing on diversity, are now open!

Building on the incredible success of the 2013 Summit, NZAGE has created an event which includes:

- Industry leaders and key note speakers including Tim Wise (Research Director, High Fliers Research) and Mark Powell (CEO of The Warehouse Group)
- First Foundation panel of New Zealand tertiary graduates
- NZAGE Hot Couch of GM HR's who will speak about industry issues
- Fantastic opportunities to connect with other delegates including networking lunch, drinks and Summit dinner

This full day event will be open to graduate employers, suppliers, those interested in establishing Graduate programmes in their organisation, tertiary providers or anyone involved in attraction, selection and development of graduates.

The Summit will be followed by the second annual NZAGE Dinner and Awards presentation, recognising outstanding examples of individual and organisational excellence in the education, recruitment and development of graduates.

The closing date for award entries is Friday 29th August 2014 and organisations must be an NZAGE member to enter.

Awards will be presented in the following categories:

1. Best graduate website
2. Best graduate print marketing material
3. Best graduate development programme
4. Award for best diversity strategy
5. Award for innovation in the graduate market
6. Best careers service for employers

The awards are independently judged by panellists including University Careers Service Managers, Industry experts, Specialist Consultants and University students.

The 2014 Awards build on the success of the inaugural NZAGE Industry Awards last year which attracted entries from across a broad range of top graduate employers in New Zealand including Fonterra, The Warehouse, PwC, Chapman Tripp and Mainfreight.
