This engaging master class will provide you with a toolkit for helping to revolutionise your online strategy. The master class will teach proven approaches for online marketing, fundraising and supporter journeys together with examples from nonprofits large and small. Each exercise will give time to collaborate with others to produce ideas you can walk away and implement for your charity.

The session will focus on the following five topics:

- How to drive more people to your website through multichannel online marketing. This will include social media monitoring, Adwords, Facebook advertising and affiliate marketing and teach you how to optimise conversions through effective landing pages;

- How to get more people doing more good more often. This will explore how you can drive up online action and diversify your online portfolio of actions people can take and teach best practice across online volunteering, donations, crowdfunding, tribute funds, events and ecommerce;

- How to simply supply a seamless supporter journey through effective flows that help maximise the value of each supporter through building personalised communications and having a website that is responsive to their needs;

- How to measure and maximise the return on investment through social media and your website, by looking at lowering the cost per acquisition for supporters and the supporter staircase to increasing lifetime value; and

- Your website toolkit so you can make your website work hard for your nonprofit. How to make the most of online marketing, fundraising, event and e-commerce and unite this data with your CRM for a true 360 degree view of supporters.

You will come away from the session pumped with practical tools, tips and tactics for making the most of your digital presence.
