Visit edible gardens of Cuba and Bhutan thru the eyes of Annie Wilson.
Annie (former jazz singer, organic grower, straw-home builder and more recently host to a growing sculpture park - www.sculptureatmiranda.com) leads a creative life with long periods of hard orchard, farm and culinary work broken up with fascinating travels

Anne and Sean Wilson have an orchard (and farm shop) in Miranda which has been fully certified organic since 2002, first with Bio-Gro and then with OrganicFarmNZ.

They grow fruit - citrus, apples, Tamarillos, feijoas, pums and peaches.
and heritage varieties of tomatoes, beans, zucchini, peppers, basil, and flowers
They make fully certified organic jams, jellies and relishes, and a juice range including freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit, or tangelo juice, and pasteurised apple and feijoa. Add to the list yoghurt and fresh cheese from locally sourced organic milk – all this you can buy at the Parnell Farmers market every Saturday morning if you don’t fancy a trip to Miranda.
