Join artist Martin Awa Clarke Langdon for a discussion about his upcoming exhibition Embodying the past as present, as future. This exhibition was conceived with Matariki in mind.

A time to stop, reflect, appreciate the cycles, people and places that have shaped the present.

A time to consider how the knowledge of the present and past will be an enduring presence in the future.

Martin will talk about the work, which lends itself to his family history, as well as speaking about Matariki and what it means traditionaly, now and future directions.

This exhibition is part of the Matariki Festival 2014 28 June - 28 July.
