Join Chef Stefan to learn the essentials of baking starting with classic pastry styles for both sweet and savoury tarts. On day two we cover classic cake-making techniques as well as apple strudel. Small amaretti biscuits and macarons offer an extra delicious challenge.

- Artichoke and olive flan
