Dirtyfunky Dildz

It all started when dildz was chucked into the deep hard and funky dj comp in 2009, he was very unprepared but managed to make it into the finals and win which really impress the promoter Rickey Newby.

From there dildz went on to play at deep hard and got a lot of attention from some top names in Auckland as well as landing a Residency at Code night clubsets.

Takeover NZ

Is this the part where you write something in third person about how great you are? and that you have supported all these amazing acts 8 hours before their set time?

Cool, so we do things a bit differently at Takeover, We like to say they supported us, Supported us in the sense that they have led us to where we are now, Broke and struggling. Music is in our veins, literally we shoot it up every night. If we were a packet of biscuits we would be super wines, Really shit, and only good for dipping in tea and yah grandma's… Oop's wrong teabag. This one time at bandcamp… jokes we weren't allowed to go. Anyway as far as we are off track we like to play bass music, we like to make bass music and what happens from here is just a bonus.

We are Takeover NZ, But you can call us "Ginger Nuts"
