British born writer and actor Colin McPhillamy - who plays P G Wodehouse in The Court Theatre's latest production of Plum - will present an illustrated talk on Wodehouse, along with a biographical sketch and excerpts from his writing career.

Colin will also talk about the play 'Plum' and the development process, with time for a Q&A session at the end.

Colin trained at Royal Central in London, and acted with The National Theatre for five seasons. He has worked in the West End, on Broadway (with Lauren Bacall), for the Sydney Theatre Company; and extensively across Europe, the USA and Australia.

Since 2008 Colin has taught and guest directed in Beijing, and acted in several Western classics there. He has written comedy for BBC Radio and publishes a monthly blog at mcphillamy.com

Three spot prizes of double tickets to 'Plum' and an autographed show programme will also be given away during the Reading.
