Derty Sesh
Derty Sesh not only rap's with ferocity and extensive wordplay akin to his contemporary heavyweights, but he also produces his own beats, has a great work ethic, and was signed to MTC after he fully produced his own debut album.

His debut self-produced horror themed album 'Sic Love' has been described as "A Hip-Hop Rock Opera Show".

A product of central Auckland, Derty Sesh has experienced the sights, sounds, ups and downs, tragedies and turmoil's that come with life in New Zealand's largest city and his often-melancholic songs show his unique perspective on music and life in general.

2012 saw the arrival of his eagerly anticipated sophomore album titled, 'Apology Accepted'. The title 'Apology Accepted' was adapted from the controversy "New Zealand Media" had created about a video he released from his debut album called "Forever/Let Me Introduce Myself" where a girl was depicted being stabbed to death. Derty Sesh was quoted saying "I'm just a horror movie enthusiast, that's where the idea came from". Derty Sesh found this to be a very hard time in his life, and a more outspoken, honest album allowed him to give his views on the whole situation.

His brazen attitude and lyrical conviction have seen him rise from relative obscurity, to becoming a distinctive feature in the NZ Hip Hop landscape.

Donell Lewis
Donell Lewis is the new face of RnB music in New Zealand, and for good reason. The 22 year old, Wellington born Samoan Musician is one of the most musically versatile acts around. Dubbed by some as a one man team; He not only writes and performs his own music as well as that of others, but also produces, engineers, mixes and masters. Donell possesses a game changing 'International' sound like none other in currently in the industry.

Donell moved at a young age to Papatoetoe where he was raised before moving to the North Shore where he attended Rangitoto College. This is where the budding artist first discovered his musical gift. After receiving remarkable feedback on a school Music Production assignment, he decided to continue pursuing his new found talent. He continued to make music on run down equipment in his garage at home and around this time his school attendance became poor as he often found himself staying home from school to make music.

Fast forward 2 years and Donell was attending MAINZ (Music and Audio Institute of NZ) where he further developed his Production and Engineering skills, although he did not graduate as he veered away from course content to focus more so on his own music.
