Our training courses will help you achieve your goals no matter of your starting point. With 6 weeks of carefully crafted routines, suitable for all fitness levels, we will take you through a guided journey to ensure your success.

Starting at 6.30am and based out of the Thorndon Squash and Tennis club you will have access to changing rooms and showers, as well as indoor training options for when the Wellington weather is less kind. You'll no longer need to rush home from bootcamp to get ready for a long day at work, with Formation Fitness you can ride your endorphin high all the way to the office.

Our bootcamps revolve around four key components. The combination of cardio and strength training takes your body to new levels, while the fun and dynamic environment takes your mind to a better place.

The 6 week training cycle will give you a complete body workout to get you into great shape. If you cannot commit to 6 weeks, you can join us for one or more of our concurrent circuit sessions being run at the same time.
