June will share with you the recipes she collected on a train trip through France, travelling from Paris through to Bordeaux, Biarritz, Toulouse, Marseille and Lyon. The food you will prepare will celebrate each of these regions and their special cuisine.
You will have the opportunity of exploring these regional dishes as you work with a partner to create a meal that you can devour.
Course fee includes $65 ingredients.
