"Horomaka" is an exhibition of contemporary Ngāi Tahu artists from Banks Peninsula

Horomaka reflects the diversity and exhibits the skill of contemporary Ngāi Tahu artists from the harbour basin.

Artists who have been perfecting their expertise over 45 years are represented alongside first time exhibitors. "Horomaka" will feature sculpture, weaving, photography and paintings. Artists exhibiting include; Jennifer Rendall, Areta Wilkinson, Morehu Flutey-Henare, Reihana Parata, Priscilla Cowie, Amber Moke and Caine Tuawhare.

The Tin Palace is one of only a few Christchurch art spaces to host a Ngāi Tahu group show.
