Spring has sprung and it’s time to cleanse away the winter blues. Come and learn how to use juices and raw foods to make a step-change in your health.

Our hosts will be Brent Skinnon, Juicemaker from The Greengrocer and raw foods chef Ainsley Thompson.

Brent will share some juice recipes including Energy Juice, Immunity Juice, and Detox Juice. He will teach his tips & tricks for making beautiful, healthy juices.

Ainsley is a professional chef who has recently returned to Wellington from San Francisco. She will share her story of ill-health to good health through raw foods and will teach us some of the basics of raw foods including fermentation, dehydration, and sprouting.

As a bonus, we will be joined by organic market gardener Jeremy Howden of Te Manaia organics, Masterton. Jeremy will talk to us about how he produces top-quality organic vegetables for New Zealand’s top chefs.

The price for this workshops includes a lunch-pack of two raw juices from The Greengrocer, two phenomenal salads & raw crackers from Ainsley. All made with 100% organic ingredients.

The price for this fabulous demonstration and talk is $65pp and includes recipes, lunch and juice.
