Koanga Institute’s Workshop Tour

Learn to design orchards and food forests the Permaculture way. A mixture of theory and design, with Kay Baxter who has 30 years experience designing and managing these systems in various climate zones.

The proceeds from the workshop tour will go towards securing the land that houses New Zealand’s largest heritage seed and fruit tree collection. Koanga Institute is literally in a race against time to save the seeds by the 29th of June.
