Learn all the secrets of Italian fresh hand made pasta under the guidance of James Perry, a Masterchef of Accademia Barilla. The students will be hands on in producing
Linguine – Tagliatelle – Ravioli – Tortelli .Afterwards the students will sit and taste the Pasta paired with a glass of wine.
