Does ‘al dente’ mean anything to you? This pasta class is focussed on learning out to perfectly cook pasta. We will provide plenty of fresh and dried pasta, and together with Roberto Giorgioni from Bongusto Pasta we will cook a traditional Puttanesca, Amatriciana and Carbonara sauce. Served with a glass of vino and plenty of Italian cooking secrets.
