We are delighted to announce PechaKucha returns to the Pallet Pavilion once more before the beautiful blue transitional venue is dismantled.

This wonderful space was built by the community for the community. The thought of having it for only one summer was too much to bear for GapFiller and friends and they successfully crowd funded over $80,000 to keep it for another summer. We are mighty glad they did and are honoured to be able to spend one more night in its glowing blue aura as we listen to the various interesting folk who will be presenting to us.

Doors open: 7.30pm

PKN starts: 8.20pm

Bailey Perryman// Founder and Co-Director Garden City 2.0// Healthy Soil, Healthy food, Healthy People

We advise you bring a cushion if you can - the Pallet Pavilion crate seats are mightily inventive and colourful but hard after prolonged sitting, so a cushion will help keep your mind focused on our presenters!

Drinks available to purchase from the Pallet Pavilion bar, dinner and snacks available to purchase from the resident food carts as well as cake on offer by past PechaKucha presenter Cakes by Anna.

As this is an open-air event if bad weather hits we may have to postpone PKN. In which case, we'll send out an email, tweet and post on Facebook to be sure you know what's happening.

Meanwhile, be inspired and entertained by past PechaKucha nights! Visit our brand new website http://www.pechakucha-chch.org for an archive of past events.
