General Information about Pilates classes at Selwyn Community Education:
Pilates is perfect for anyone interested in reaching whole body wellness. Using exercise which combine strength and flexibility, it helps you to build core strength, improve your immune system, posture, tone, balance, and reduce the risk of injury. Pilates is also a fabulous way to de-stress.
Fiona Leuschke teaches our Satursday morning class (9 - 10am) and our Tuesday 'Early Bird' class on Tuesdays. Yaron Levy's Wednesday afternoon classes cater for beginners at 5:30pm (focusing on learning the foundation skills of pilates) and those with some experience at 6:30pm.
All ages and fitness levels catered for. Numbers limited for individual attention. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm layer. Bring a yoga mat or blanket/towel for floor exercises.
