These sessions are designed to help keep your pregnant body moving with ease. Each session includes breathing and relaxation techniques, pelvic floor exercises, along with gentle exercises to help your body progress through pregnancy and labour (and beyond!).

No previous Pilates experience needed. If you have any medical issues, please contact Paula - move@fluidformfitness.co.nz - beforehand to ensure the course is safe for you to attend.

Paula is a qualified Pilates mat instructor, with additional training as a Pre and Post Natal Pilates Specialist.

Bring water and two pillows to each session. Strictly limited number of places in each course, to allow for personal attention.

March sessions - 4 Saturdays, 12:30pm to 1:30pm (March 1 to March 29; note no session on March 8).

Note: This course runs continually; registration is for month-long blocks of classes.
