Exercising is fun, so get up out of those office chairs and join three times New Zealand Personal Trainer of the Year and 'Life Fitness Top 10 World Finalist', Mish McCormack, and her Mishfitness team at Frank Kitts Park for weekly outdoor group exercise sessions every Wednesday for 6 weeks.

Designed for people of all fitness levels the programme involves user friendly aerobic and bodyweight resistance exercises. Lots of fun is guaranteed and random spot prizes add to the excitement (check out the video at
