Auckland based artist Steve Carr spent the later part of last year in Dunedin developing an exciting new series of works as part of the Gallery's Visiting Artist Programme. Stretching Time is the spellbinding result: an immersive video installation that literally and metaphorically slows the act of spectacle down and in the process expends our sensory experiences.
