The Big Sing Auckland 2014

A Gala Concert at the Auckland Town Hall at 6.30pm on Thursday June 12 is an opportunity to hear some of the best Auckland secondary school choirs which will have been competing in a regional choral festival as part of The Big Sing organised by the New Zealand Choral Federation. Daily sessions during 10 – 12 June are also open to the public. Please see the NZCF website for the timetable(www.nzcf.org.nz).

The Big Sing is an annual national event which includes more than 250 choirs from 150 schools involving nearly 10,000 New Zealand secondary school students from Whangarei to Invercargill.

70 choirs from 42 Auckland Secondary schools are participating in a 3 day Auckland Festival culminating in the Gala Concert. Tickets may be bought through Ticketmaster.
