Three great days at the National Library. You can learn to make an Arduino robot (on 29 and 30 of December), listen to some great storytelling from New Zealand and overseas, make your own string telephone or your own diary or poppy. Or you can go on a scavenger hunt.

The sessions are all free and they start at 9.30am and run through the day. You can find out the details of session times and how to book by going to www.natlib.govt.nz/events

The HOME cafe is also open and the WW1 exhibitions can be viewed.

Upstairs at the Alexander Turnbull Library there are events aimed at adults.
