You will see the Culinary Institute in action, a unique and rare insight. This is a coveted experience for any connoisseur of fine food and wine, with Le Cordon Bleu only opening their brasserie to the public a few times a year

Experience a gourmet extravaganza throughout the evening, featuring delectable culinary sensations and locally produced wines to match. Unique items will be auctioned with all proceeds going towards The Life Flight Trust.

Tickets are $200 per person and spaces are strictly limited.
