We have a very special event at Corban Estate Arts Centre this Friday, 7-8pm: 'Voices West' features choirs from six local schools – Massey Primary, Fruitvale Primary, Henderson Primary, Royal Road Primary, Holy Cross Catholic School and Avondale Intermediate.
Lavinia ‘Uhila, who leads our youth performing arts programme, has been workshopping and developing the choirs in the participating schools, with the assistance of Simon Matafai (who has been responsible for the choirs at Christmas in the Park).
The night will be rounded off by a performance of the Auckland Gospel Choir.
