In commemoration of the centenary of World War One's outbreak, Aratoi Wairarapa Museum of Art and History in partnership with Wairarapa Archive, will present a ‘pop-up’ exhibition on display in Aratoi’s foyer, featuring a number of our local boys who went off to war from throughout the region. These free-standing prototypes are intended to become billboards and placed into railway stations throughout the region including Featherston, Woodside, Carterton and Masterton. The freestanding display will then be available to travel to other centres in the region including libraries. Please contact us should you be interested in hosting the display.

In 2016 Aratoi and the Wairarapa Archive plan to produce a major exhibition focused on Featherston Camp.
