Please come along to a free lunch-time talk at Te Papa by German military historian Prof. Dr Epkenhans about the First World War and the Pacific as viewed from a German perspective.

Prof. Dr. Epkenhans is a Navy Reserve Officer and a specialist on Maritime Warfare, especially in the Pacific during the First World War. He is visiting New Zealand as part of a delegation from the Centre for Military History and Social Science in the Bundeswehr. His talk is presented by Te Papa in collaboration with Massey University and NZDF.

The talk will take place on Monday 1 December 2014 at 12.15pm on Te Marae, Level 4, Te Papa.
