Applying for Parenting Orders and the Care of Children Act - Hillary McKenna, Manawatu Community Law
An overview of the Family Court process for parents or caregivers applying for a Parenting Order for day to day care or contact of their children. Discussion includes how the Family Court can help if there is a dispute over who looks after the children or when parents and others see the children. The session will also touch on what to do if parents can agree, but want to make their agreement enforceable in the Family Court.
