In 2008 Zelda suffered serious burns. Life Flight’s Westpac Rescue Helicopter was the fastest way to get her to the life saving medical care she needed.

Having completed her last operation at the end of 2014, she will be auctioning off an incredible piece of artwork, the 'New Leaf', in support of Life Flight.

You can support this special event by bidding on Trade Me between the 23-31 January.

The start of the Trade Me auction will be celebrated on Friday 23 January 2015 from 7-9pm at Aratoi Museum of Art and History - 12 Bruce St, Masterton.

Hear Zelda’s inspirational journey creating the amazing ‘New Leaf’ urn that you can bid on from the 23-31 January.

The winner of the Trade Me auction on 31 January gets to take this one-off mosaic artwork home. Proceeds will support Life Flight Trust.

To View: Visit the YEBO Art Studio exhibition at Aratoi Museum of Art and History which runs from 19 December 2014 to 1 February 2015.

Wanting to give back and thank those who have been involved with her recovery, she has created a unique piece of art. What was once a shattered urn has been loving put back together and turned into a mosaic masterpiece by Zelda, artist and owner of YEBO Art Studio. Zelda's friends who are mosaic enthusiasts helped to complete the 'New Leaf' Urn.

Zelda was born in the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho, and at an early aged developed a love for art and culture. Art has been a big part of Zelda's life and Zelda's art has been influenced by personal experiences, travel and at times a need to live.
