Sarah Hunter is a graduate of the Massey journalism programme, now renowned as an in-demand creative multi-media producer and director, most recently producing the moving light and sound show WW1 Remembered at Pukeahu National War Memorial Park, Wellington, in April 2015.

Under the business name Transmit, run from a seaside studio in Lyall Bay, Sarah specialises in photography, film-making and public relations, crafting “authentic video stories for a transmedia world, bespoke, creative content to elevate stories and brands on mobile, web and TV platforms, live stream and epic screens”.

She’s been a long-term multimedia promoter for international music powerhouse Fat Freddy’s Drop, managing their website, social media content and video.

In her Arts on Wednesday talk Sarah will take us through the creation and curation of WW1 Remembered, giving a ‘behind the scenes’ story of how this captivating show, viewed by more than 30,000 people, was brought to life.
