Dr Peter Saunders will be giving a public talk on the legalisation of assisted suicide. He is a Kiwi and was a former general surgeon. He know lives in London and is the Campaign Director of Care Not Killing, an alliance of over 40 UK-based organisations that promote care and oppose the legalisation of euthanasia and assisted suicide (sometimes referred to by the euphemism 'assisted dying'). He is also the Chair of the Euthanasia Prevention Coalition Europe.

Entry is free, but a koha will be appreciated.

The talk will be followed by discussion.

The venue is the Loaves and Fishes Hall, on the corner of Hill and Molesworth Streets. The hall has a separate entry off the Hill Street car park and is wheelchair accessible. There is free parking available onsite after 5 pm, as well as street parking.
