We're looking for two young actors for our September show:

Mary's Wedding
A drama by Stephen Massicotte
Directed by Anton Bentley
Auditions: Sunday, June 28th, at 11am.
Season: September 12 to October 3
Rehearsals Commence Sunday, 2 August.

A thunderstorm creates a chance meeting when a young man and woman seek shelter in the same barn. She's an English immigrant; he's a local about to do his duty in World War I. As their story unfolds, Mary's Wedding provides an elegant and theatrical look at life, love and war, using a captivating dreamscape to weave past and present together.

Characters
1 Male and 1 Female, between the age late teens to mid twenties.
Charlie Edwards – Canadian. A farm boy who loves horses and is totally at home riding them. About 18 years old.
Mary Chalmers – English. A barefoot girl in a nightgown, about 18 years old. Brave, spunky, and up for adventure. Well educated.
Sergeant Flowerdew - Played by the actor who portrays Mary. Charlie’s superior officer who is very intelligent and would do anything to protect his men.
