Our 2 Weeks Intensive Barista course, available to beginners will immerse you in the world of coffee for two weeks.

You learn everything there is to know about coffee, from where it is grown through how the roasting process effects the flavours you taste in the cup. Hands on experience is the major component of this course, allowing you plenty of time to practice on professional machines to perfect your technique and make excellent coffee every time.

The roastary day trip is the best part for many students, here you get to watch a top roaster select and roast many different types of beans. This provided wonderful insight and experience helping complete your coffee knowledge.

Two NZQA Unit Standards will be awarded on completion of this course.
