"Through challenging ourselves we can achieve our goals"
With SUP Yoga, we bring our yoga practice into nature and allow the water to teach us how to be strong and engaged yet supple and dynamic.
SUP yoga teaches connection to ourselves, our surroundings and our bodies in a dynamic and challenging way. Yet, it teaches us to let go and develop the intricacies that we can overlook when we practice on land. SUP Yoga's greatest lesson is total mind, body and breath integration.

35min Full Body Massage with Healing Hands and Pulse massage therapists. Let any residue stress or aches melt away in a blissful beach massage by our qualified massage therapists, trained to find those niggles and achy bits.

Physio Q&A - Prehab and SUP-specific exercise with Pinc and Steel Physiotherapists Lou James, Megan Schmidt, Kath Broad, and Kate Corbett. Your chance to find how to prevent injuries or seek guidance about any little niggles you are experiencing while paddling.

Nourishing Raw Food by SIP Kitchen and fresh spring water thanks to One Pure. We'll have fresh fruit and healthy snacks at hand all day, and lunch will be a picnic style selection of from organic raw-food specialists SIP Kitchen. To minimise waste please bring your own water canister.

Pod is a Womens SUP Community group, we meet regularly to go paddling together and this event is something we decided to do to celebrate Pink October - Breast Cancer Awareness Month, bringing a focus on the importance of exercise and also mental health in helping to reduce the risk of cancer.
