Come join me on a 4-week journey to explore different ways to meditate.

There are many ways to meditate, not all methods will resonate with you. This course explores a number of different meditation techniques so you can choose which suits you the best. It is not based on any religious beliefs, rather it offers methods from both Eastern and Western approaches.

Why meditate? Meditation is about finding that little piece of stillness inside the chaos of the mind. Research has shown that meditation reduces stress and anxiety, improves immunity, assists clarity and concentration, and helps with insomnia. At the end of each meditation you will feel more relaxed, more positive and less stressed.

The facilitator, Karen, has been studying and exploring spirituality for the past 15 years, at times traveling overseas to study with healers, spiritual teachers in Nepal, India and Peru. She is a meditation facilitator, and works with energy and sound as part of her healing practice.

The course is held over four Friday evenings for one hour, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, and costs only $50.

For further information or booking, please phone Karen on 022 3541817. Pre-registration is necessary.
