Discover Pilates in a safe and caring environment. This is not like those big classes at the gym that leave you feeling confused, unloved and like a mass of flailing limbs! During this 8-week course you’ll be introduced to the principles of Pilates, working through exercises that will help you to improve your strength, tone, flexibility and body awareness. The class size is limited, to allow for personal attention.

All fitness levels are welcome, although this course is not suitable for pregnant women (Fluid Form Fitness offers specialised sessions for Prenatal Pilates on Saturdays at 12:30pm).

Ultra comfortable Airex mats are provided, to support your body properly. Your instructor, Paula, is a qualified Pilates mat instructor, with a passion helping people understand how their bodies move and improving how they move in their everyday lives.

If you have an injury or any rehabilitative needs, this course may not be suitable. Please contact Paula (move@fluidformfitness.co.nz) to discuss whether this course is for you.

The course runs for 8 weeks, Tuesdays at 10:45am. Sessions last for one hour. There is then the option to progress on with Pilates Essentials (8 weeks).
